Photo Essay: Doylestown Rises Up to Demand Abortion Rights

An intergenerational protest in Bucks County demanded the protection of women's rights and bodily autonomy. Elections have consequences.

About 100 people rallied for reproductive rights in downtown Doylestown Tuesday evening in response to a leaked draft of a Supreme Court decision that seemingly will overturn Roe V. Wade.

While Governor Tom Wolf responded by stating “Abortion is and will remain legal in Pennsylvania,” those safeguards are in jeopardy with the upcoming election in November.
