Thousands gathered at the Washington Crossing Historic Park on Christmas to watch and celebrate the 73rd annual Christmas Day Crossing.

Photojournalist Cooper Tyksinski captured this Bucks County Christmas tradition where thousands gather on the banks of the Delaware River to watch the reenactment of George Washington’s daring 1776 Christmas night river crossing during the Revolutionary War.
