The Bucks County Beacon is creating a directory to feature local businesses that share progressive values. Help us pick a name and suggest businesses you think should be included!
Current Occupation: Retired police officer; certified investigator for elder abuse and certified in crisis intervention.
Public Service: Bucks County’s major incidents response team for 20 years; Shade Tree Commission for 25 years
Community Involvement: Volunteers frequently for various local arts festivals.
Key Issues: Protecting Democratic values (LGBT rights, immigrant rights), community advocacy (get residents and business owners to participate more in local gov, get businesses to invest in arts, diversity, and environment, quality-of-life issues), work with police chief to make the community better (reintroduce monthly police reports, enforce speeding and noise violations, ensure up-to-date training)
