The only info I could find on this guy is that he is a thorn in the side of the council (calling the Dems “Dirty Dems”) and a lot of people in town hate him. The council VP resigned in 2016 rather than work with him (https://www.phillyburbs.com/story/opinion/columns/2016/05/04/beverly-wolfe-ousted-as-vice/18131064007/) and there was a FB post where people said they were scared that he was allegedly a deputy constable during a 2024 election and might be carrying a gun (https://www.facebook.com/groups/591321572660468/posts/960344485758173/). IDK what you want to do with this info, he seems like a lunatic
