Kris Bauman

Current Occupation: commercial real estate development executive. held executive positions with some of the regions most respected private real estate investment firms, run his own business, and served for several years as the COO of a nationwide traffic engineering firm
Public Service: Former chair of the Newtown Borough Planning Commission. Currently on Borough Council
Community Involvement: Volunteering on the facilities committee of Nova of Bucks County; on the boards of the Asian Arts Initiative, the Bridge Academy, and the northern New Jersey chapter of the Urban Land Institute; and as a “big brother” to inner city youth.
Key Issues: Areas of interest on council: Liaison to the Historic Architectural Review Board, and Joint Historic Commission
