Stacy Garrity is the 78th Treasurer of Pennsylvania and a retired Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve. Her military career spanned 30 years and included three deployments in Operation Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Enduring Freedom, where she earned two Bronze Stars and the Legion of Merit. Professionally, she rose from an accountant to become one of the first female vice presidents at Global Tungsten & Powders Corp. A native of Bradford County and a graduate of Bloomsburg University, she currently oversees more than $170 billion in state assets. She and her husband, Dan, reside in Bradford County.
Fiscal Oversight: Focuses on eliminating fraud and inefficiency in state government, citing nearly $200 million in taxpayer savings and identifying approximately $50 million in annual overpayments and duplicate payments.

Savings Programs: Manages the PA 529 College & Career Savings Program, which has saved account holders nearly $17 million, and chairs the national ABLE Savings Plans Network for individuals with disabilities.
Unclaimed Property: Oversaw the return of more than $1 billion in unclaimed property and nearly $10 million through the Money Match program, while returning over 450 military decorations to veterans and their families.
