“If these three justices are defeated, there will be bedlam in Pennsylvania,” warns Shanin Specter, an attorney and founding partner of Philadelphia law firm Kline & Specter and son of the late U.S. Senator Arlen Specter.
“These communities in Bucks County were built for working-class people, and for decades it stayed that way. But since 2017, rent has gone up in our region by 50 percent,” said Prokopiak.
This is the second in a weekly Thursday series of informational briefs to explain the roles and responsibilities of Bucks County Row Officers up for election in November.

Students and commuters have talked of needing to get up earlier to make time for longer commutes, unusually crowded buses and skipped stops.
