Starting June 11 and running through July 19, Bucks County will be alive with football fever as bars and event spaces across the region fill up for World Cup soccer. The 2026 tournament is the second ever to be held in the United States, and locals can expect a deluge of tourists from around the globe visiting to experience o jogo bonito, the beautiful game.
With six matches slated to be played at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia between Côte d’Ivoire and Ecuador on June 14, Brazil and Haiti on June 19, France and Iraq on June 22, Curaçao and Côte d’Ivoire on June 25, Croatia and Ghana on June 27, and a round of 16 knockout game on July 4, hotels and Airbnbs around the county will be packed.
For locals and visitors alike, bars, breweries, taverns, and more will be hosting watch parties throughout the region. No matter what part of the county you live in, we bet there’s somewhere nearby to catch all the action this summer.
1. Villa Capri – Doylestown
In 2025, acclaimed podcast Men in Blazers named Villa Capri in Doylestown one of the 10 best soccer bars in America. They’ve been open early on weekends for Premier League mornings and on weeknights for the Champions League for decades. Now, during the World Cup, they’ll get a chance to show off just why they’re so special. Villa Capri will screen all 104 matches with sound on throughout the tournament. Step outside and watch on the patio TV in the shining Doylestown summer sun or enjoy the A/C and a bevy of screens inside. 2. Green Parrot – Newtown
During World Cup games in June and July, Green Parrot plans to offer beer specials on Michelob Ultra, Bud Light, Stella Artois, Peroni, Modelo, and more. Staff will hand out stamp cards offering rewards for every match attended. Earn a free appetizer for five, a t-shirt for seven, and a chance to win a VIP table for the World Cup Final at 10 game days attended. Plus, get commemorative red, white, and blue souvenir cups with Stella and Michelob drafts. They’ll host sound-on watch parties for all Team USA games when they plan to unveil a 30-foot-long U.S. flag. It’ll be a patriotic semiquincentennial in Newtown!
3. New Hope Inn and Suites – New Hope
Get ready for the biggest match in the world at The Nest, New Hope Inn and Suites’ private downstairs event space. For the World Cup Final on Sunday, July 19, at 3 p.m., the Nest will be open to the public, replete with five 100-inch TVs, a full bar, and a limited food menu. Best of all, admission is totally free!
4. Sandy’s Beef and Ale – Langhorne
Sandy’s plans to offer huge specials during all World Cup games. A Langhorne institution for nearly 60 years, catch specials on $1 wings, $5 mozzarella sticks, $6 chicken fingers, $3 domestic drafts, $4 domestic wings, $4 well cocktails, and $18 beer buckets. As the games get closer, Sandy plans to release deals for premium specials too. You’ll just have to stay tuned to their social media.
5. Gloria Sports and Spirits – Warrington
This modern Warrington Sports Bar plans to show every game they can, with extended hours for select matches and watch parties for Team U.S.A. games. They have 15 TVs in total, all of which will be tuned to games. Select matches will have $3 Michelob Ultras. 6. J.T. Bankers – Sellersville
