Vote Mama PAC has released a list of 10 Democratic candidates they endorse. All 10 candidates are moms. The list includes:
- Paige Cognetti — U.S. House of Representatives (PA-08)
- Eileen Hartnett Albillar — Pennsylvania State Senate (SD-06)
- Maria Collett — Pennsylvania State Senate (SD-12)
- Brittany Bloam — Pennsylvania House of Representatives (HD-45)
- Fern Leard — Pennsylvania House of Representatives (HD-120)
- Meriam Sabih — Pennsylvania House of Representatives (HD-131)
- Kristin Egan — Pennsylvania House of Representatives (HD-142)
- Margaret Burke — Pennsylvania House of Representatives (HD-147)
- Jennifer O’Mara — Pennsylvania House of Representatives (HD-165)
- Judy Trombetta — Pennsylvania House of Representatives (HD-166)
Out of the 10 candidates, two are from Bucks County: Hartnett Albillar and Egan. They are seeking to unseat Republican incumbents state Senator Frank Farry and state Representative Joe Hogan in their Lower Bucks County districts.
Vote Mama is the first organization of its kind to exclusively support mothers, and aim to put forward candidates with firsthand expertise in dealing with the struggles facing working parents and raising children.
“These mamas know what it’s like to stretch a paycheck and struggle to find affordable childcare, all while navigating a cost-of-living crisis in a country where the main social safety net is moms’ unpaid labor,” said Liuba Grechen Shirley, founder and CEO of Vote Mama PAC. “At Vote Mama, we believe motherhood is the ultimate resume for leadership. Mamas know what it means to balance a budget, juggle a million responsibilities and make impossible choices every single day.”

According to Vote Mama, these candidates are running on a platform that prioritizes children and working families. They seek to expand access to affordable childcare, protect LGBTQ+ rights, end the pay gap and support paid family and medical leave.
Since launching in 2019, Vote Mama PAC has made more than 600 endorsements of Democratic moms running for office. In 2024, Vote Mama PAC-endorsed candidates achieved a 70%-win rate. In 2025, Vote Mama PAC-endorsed candidates garnered a 90%-win rate.
“There are many obstacles for women who want to run for office and more obstacles if you are a mother,” said Peace Center Co-Director Barbara Simmons. “Women make up half the world but are not represented in politics to reflect that reality. I have been waiting for a movement like this to come along to help balance representation on all levels of public service and government.”
