Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick a Moderate?
He voted against impeaching Trump the first time 12/18/2019 (for attempting to bribe/extort from a foreign country) and second time January 2021 for Jan 6 (textbook Treason).
The first confirmed COVID case in the US was 01/20/2020. Trump’s COVID coordinator said that his handling (lies) of it resulted in 130,000 Americans dying that didn’t have to. We’ll never know how many Americans would still be alive if Fitzpatrick and the GOP followed the Constitution and removed Trump after his first Impeachment.
He voted for the Save Act which is a blatant attempt to suppress the vote. Voter fraud is extremely rare. The SAVE ACT would require going to the Election Office every time someone moved, changed parties or changed their name. Sixty nine million American women do not have a birth certificate with their current legal name. They would have to get an updated Certified Birth Certificate.
Fitzpatrick wants to change the Constitution and Radically transform the Country.
To Residents of Bucks County: We have an obligation to the Constitution and, more importantly, to the Children’s future ,which requires us to remove from office anyone who supports taking away our vote and supporting Treason.

How Trump Ruined the Declaration of Independence at 250
Our president had the opportunity to earn a spectacular – and legitimate – legacy, just by doing nothing.
The Smithsonian Institute, established in 2016 by the nonpartisan “U.S. Semi-quincentennial Commission for America 250, was set to orchestrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence with a month-long Folklife Festival on the National Mall – an ambitious gathering bringing together traditions alongside local and regional festivals from across the U.S. and its territories.”
“The Commission allocated $150M, but America250 received only $25M. Other funds are being withheld by the administration.” Organizers of the “Freedom250” Fair, held this past two weeks, received more than $68M, and up to $80M in total grants. These taxpayer funds were routed by the Dept. of Interior through the National Park Foundation to support Freedom250.”
Freedom250, created by Trump in order to claim its success, has instead been a spectacularly shameful disaster.
Constant electrical outages caused air conditioning and refrigeration to fail throughout the week. To disguise these failures, fair-goers were evacuated, blaming “weather conditions”. Yet, over the entire week, across the vast lawn, no tables, chairs or tents were erected for fair-goers to escape the searing heatwave sun. Nor were families permitted to bring chairs, provisions, or even water bottles, while security measures are used for even the smallest venues across the country.
Instead of reasonable pricing with families in mind, hot dogs, burgers, lemonade, fries and the fair-favorite turkey leg, ranged between $10 to $22 each, while the quality was reported not much better than McD’s.
Trump’s “arch,” built of paper and held together with staples and un-weatherized caulk, disintegrated with each passing day.
Displays, meant to celebrate each state, were not much more than pictures on the walls and a few chairs. A tent, with a Christian baptismal pool, supplied many chairs that remained empty.
Water was finally distributed free of charge on July 4th, after the weeks-long heatwave took its toll, and people passed out left and right; many transported to the hospital.
The entertainment stage, so poorly built that a piece of ceiling barely missed dancers early in the week, apparently had no improvements made as it threatened to collapse entirely on July 4th. Fair-goers, asked to leave the grounds for their safety, resisted common sense and police.
Stalwart supporters returned to take pictures alongside signs that proclaimed Trump a “king,” incredibly missing the point of the very document they were there to celebrate that proclaimed the exact opposite.
They stayed to listen to his incoherent ramblings and watch a finale of fireworks that looked like bombs going off behind the trees that left a toxic smog hanging over the city for days. Warnings told people to stay indoors.
Trump and “his people” will never acknowledge his inabilities, instability, and over-bloated ego.
He could easily have earned the “award” he so desperately wants, with honesty and legitimacy, just by leaving well enough alone, and letting the Smithsonian do their work.
Instead, his lust for every last dollar he can lay his hands on destroyed the best celebration that could have united people across our nation; even his detractors would have applauded. But he will never acknowledge failure, and like a spoiled two-year-old that needs placating and claims accolades and awards he didn’t earn or deserve, he will never understand they are meaningless.

End Daylight Savings Time
If you are like me, you dread having to change your clocks twice each year (especially the VCR). In fact, fewer than one in five Americans favor our current system of switching to Daylight Savings Time (DST).
Last week the US House of Representatives passed HR 139, the Sunshine Protection Act of 2025. This legislation would require most of the country to permanently stay on DST. This bill has now moved to the Senate for action.
Opinions on DST vary, but most favor establishing regular standard time as the national system. DST benefits retail businesses, evening leisure industries, and outdoor recreation groups by driving consumer spending after work. At the same time, it is not beneficial to individual health or agricultural endeavors.
Extra evening daylight gives people more time to shop, dine out, and visit entertainment venues on their way home. Businesses selling sports equipment, barbecue goods, and gardening supplies see higher sales during the long sunny evenings. Extra daylight during peak evening commute hours lowers rates of street crime and reduces certain types of traffic crashes.
Regular standard time, however, is much healthier than daylight saving time. Medical groups like the American Academy of Sleep Medicine state that standard time matches our body clocks better.
Standard time gives us bright morning sun, which helps set our internal daily clock. It makes it easier to fall asleep and wake up at the right time. Studies have also shown that staying on standard time lowers the risk of obesity, strokes, and heart issues compared to shifting or staying on daylight saving time. Dark winter mornings make it hard for people — especially children — to wake up and go to school safely. DST disrupts agriculture rather than helping it. Farm operations follow the sun and natural routines, meaning clock shifts mismatch animal biology, morning harvest schedules, and supply chain coordination.
In December 1973, the US adopted year-round daylight savings time due to the energy crisis. Within 10 months, the law was amended to revert to the current system. Among reasons for the change: children walking to school in pitch-black darkness, morning traffic accidents spiked and caused child fatalities, public approval crashed from 79% down to 42% in just ten months, and there were no significant energy savings.
It is time to end this disruptive practice and create permanent standard time. Contact Senators McCormick and Fetterman and urge them to oppose HR 139 and enact legislation to make standard time permanent.
