Public Service: Former Mayor 2009-2021. Currently a council member
Community Involvement: When he was mayor, Karen Kondrk, borough assistant secretary, said she had “never seen such a hard-working person as this mayor, out in the heat painting lines, cleaning storm drains, putting out barricades (for special events). You name it, Bob does it.”
Joined the Penndel Fire Co., of which he’s been a member for 59 years, and then the Penndel-Middletown Emergency Squad.
