Tim Hayes is a Pennsylvania Army National Guard veteran and current President of the Dublin Borough Council, where he has overseen significant economic growth and infrastructure upgrades without raising taxes. He also serves as the State Policy Manager for Conservation Voters of Pennsylvania, working in Harrisburg to secure funding for land conservation, clean energy, and sustainable agriculture.
