The Bucks County Area Agency on Aging has been helping local senior citizens through various resources, including legal assistance and home care. Their goal is to “empower them [seniors] to maintain independence and dignity; and enhance their overall well-being. “The Senior Produce Voucher Program gives older adults access to fresh, healthy food while also supporting local farmers and markets. It also helps seniors stay connected to the community and promotes health, independence, and well-being of our seniors,” said Kristin Chapin, director of Bucks County Area Agency on Aging.
