Bristol Township School District is asking for the community’s help to create the district’s new Comprehensive Plan and advise what the district’s educational future should look like.
This new plan will run from 2027 to 2030, and shape district policies including what is taught, how staff are supported and how resources are allocated.

The Comprehensive Planning Process in Pennsylvania is a required three-year roadmap created by local school districts to ensure continuous growth of both student success and staff leadership.
A plan is developed through a data driven approach, assessing student performance, as well as district needs and challenges. This approach allows schools to allocate resources more efficiently, spending on the specific programs that will garner a positive impact.
Bristol Township’s Comprehensive Plan is due to the Pennsylvania Department of Education in March 2027.
How to become a part of the committee
Parents, community members and faculty or staff are welcome to join Bristol Township’s Comprehensive Planning Committee.
Joining requires a commitment of four to five meetings, according to the district, running between September 2026 and February 2027. A kickoff meeting — including a light dinner — will be held on Sept. 29 at 5 p.m.
