Time and time again, PA’s extremist politicians have gone with the nuclear option, using violence, conflict, or aggression as their tools to attack our freedoms, democratic institutions, and election integrity.
Ensuring that they make it to the polls every election to build power in their communities, and join the electorate, is critical.
“It doesn’t belong in federal court. It’s a matter of state law against all state parties,” said ACLU PA Senior Supervising Attorney Stephen Loney.
