Bio:

Eileen Hartnett Albillar is the current Bucks County Clerk of Courts and a former Warrington Township Supervisor. With over 25 years of experience in social work and nonprofit leadership, she previously served as an administrator for the Bucks County Opportunity Council, where she managed state and federal housing funds and anti-poverty programs. Her career has focused on community advocacy, open space preservation, and navigating government systems to assist families with the cost of living. She serves on the board of NOVA (Network of Victims Assistance) and was a founding board member of Emerge Pennsylvania.
