Joe Hogan has represented the 142nd District—covering Langhorne, Middletown, Lower Southampton, and parts of Northampton—since 2023. A native of Levittown, Hogan’s career in public service began as a staff member for the late Congressman Mike Fitzpatrick. Before his election to the State House, he served as the Program Director for the Bucks County Redevelopment Authority, where he managed critical grants and secured over $1 million in relief for local businesses during the pandemic. In Harrisburg, he holds leadership roles as the Vice Chair of the Children and Youth Committee and Chair of the Consumer Protection Subcommittee.
