What’s not disputed is that both people who died had been infected with measles and they were unvaccinated. The unresolved question is whether measles was the main cause, or a contributing cause, of their deaths.
Newly released state data shows that only about 60% of seventh grade students were vaccinated with Tdap in the 2025-26 school year.
Residents living closest to these projects often know the least about them, largely because of NDAs that shield basic details — including how much water and energy a facility will use — from public view.
“Our citizens cannot rely on Flock or any other business to institute the protections needed. Rather, we need strong regulations that ensure that our constitutional rights and personal data are protected and that any use of data is confined to serious public safety issues,” said Bucks County State Representative Jim Prokopiak.
