Bucks County residents will gather Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in the Bensalem Shopping Plaza parking lot, located at the corner of Hulmeville and Street Roads, for a voter education event. The focus is to shed light on the connections between Project 2025 and Republican Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick.
Ashley Ehasz, Democratic Congressional Candidate for Pennsylvania’s First District, will headline the event. Attendees will also be joined by a digital billboard truck, sponsored by the Democratic Messaging Project, which has been rolling through the county for the last three days, sharing key messages in support of local and statewide Democratic candidates.

This event is part of a broader push to inform voters ahead of the upcoming election.
“Brian Fitzpatrick continues to hide his record supporting a national abortion ban that would have overturned Pennsylvania state law, because he knows his beliefs are out of step with PA-01 voters,” said Ashley Ehasz, the Democratic candidate challenging Fitzpatrick in Pennsylvania’s First Congressional District. “He evades reporters, refuses to engage with voters in public forums, and consistently falls in line with Trump and his MAGA buddies when they need his vote. I’m running for Congress, because it’s time that PA-01 has pro-choice, pro-democracy leadership that they can count on to stand up for reproductive freedoms and to extremists in both parties.”
“It is long past time for Bucks County voters to learn the truth about Brian Fitzpatrick,” said Laura Rose, a leader with Indivisible Bucks County. “Despite his carefully crafted talking points, we can show via his voting record and his increasingly rare public statements that Brian Fitzpatrick is committed to implementing Donald Trump’s authoritarian Project 2025 agenda. In light of his apparent unwillingness to debate his opponent even once during this campaign season, it is critical that the voters of Bucks County learn this vital information about their Congressman before Election Day.”
