Just 17 percent of registered voters in Philadelphia showed up to the polls, while Bucks County fared slightly better with 25.8 percent.

“We can start building power right here in Doylestown, in our communities, in our school boards, in our city councils, in sheriff’s offices, in our judgeships and build back from the ground up,” said McMorrow.
