After rejecting voters’ flawed mail ballots, the county then refused to count their in-person votes, too — allegedly because they misread the law.
First they canceled it. Then they decided to proceed via Zoom. Then they didn’t livestream it. Finally, after heated arguments amongst themselves they abruptly ended it.

A large audience is expected Wednesday as the controversial education consultant who previously worked for Hillsdale College will be giving a presentation via Zoom.
“It’s going to be done with community input, community involvement, and community agreement and all stakeholders involved,” said Environmental Advisory Committee Chairperson Lauren Lareau.
Sunday’s event will feature local bands, student speakers, school board candidates, and organizing efforts to support LGBTQ youth and oppose books bans.
The ceremonies were led by LGBTQ youth from the Rainbow Room.
Jonathan Alexander, who has just stepped down as the children’s and young adult fiction section editor for the Los Angeles Review of Books, put together a list of “must-reads” for this summer.
“Pride Polo represents an exciting opportunity for the Gay Polo League (GPL) to advance its mission of elevating awareness and visibility of LGBTQ+ athletes – not only in polo – but throughout the broader sports community,” said Gay Polo Founder Chip McKenney.
