• Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from La Salle University, in 1996
• Earned MBA from Penn State University, in 2001

• Worked as a supervisory special agent in the FBI
• Served as a national supervisor for the FBI’s Public Corruption Unit, and led the agency’s Campaign Finance and Election Crimes Enforcement program
• Was embedded with U.S. Special Forces as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom
• Ran and was elected for US House District 8 seat, previously held by his brother, Mike Fitzpatrick, in 2016 against Steve Santarsiero (who was then a PA State Representative)
• After redistricting, Fitzpatrick ran for the new US House District 1, in 2018, and won against Scott Wallace
  Was only one of only three Republican U.S. representatives to survive during the 2018 U.S. House elections in congressional districts that Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton carried in 2016
• Ran for a third term in 2020 against Democratic nominee Christine Finello and won re-election
  Won his election by 13 points, while Joe Biden carried the district by 6 points
• Ran for a fourth term in 2022 against Democratic nominee Ashley Ehasz and won re-election
